Christmas is coming to
the Waterside Centre!
It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas at the
Waterside Shopping Centre in Lincoln. The
decorations are up, Christmas Carols are playing,
and Santa is waiting for you in his Grotto.
Father Christmas and his elves will be in residence from
now until 3pm on Christmas Eve.
An audience with Santa costs just £7, with every child
receiving a present and parents having the opportunity
to purchase additional personalised items. You can
book your visit online at www.bookfatherchristmas.
co.uk/waterside or just pop in and see if Santa is free
to see you.
There’s always lots of preparation to do in the run-up
to Christmas, but thankfully the Waterside has several
late-night shopping evenings. It’s open until 7pm on
Thursday 5th and Saturday 7th and until 8pm on Friday
6th, 13th and 20th December.
As well as giving you a bit more time to pick up your
presents, the centre is also willing to wrap your gifts!
The centre has partnered with Allen Signs to raise
money for St Barnabas Hospice. Take your gifts to the
Wrapping Station, make a donation, and the centre will
do the rest! The Wrapping Station is open on 13th and
20th December (11am-3pm/5.30-7.30pm), 14th-19th
December (11am-3pm) and Sunday 21st (11am-3pm).

Waterside Shopping Centre
The Giving Tree as part of the Christmas Sacks, is
also returning to the centre. If you’d like to provide
a present to a child whose family is struggling
financially, then please buy a gift, take it to the
tree, find the details of who you’d like it to go to on
the tags hung from the tree and attach it to your
present. You can find the Giving Tree on the lower
level until 15th December.
