outdated iPhone 5 or 6
that only needs a new battery
will serve its intended
purpose for less than $60
and not require the user
to adapt to a new piece of
equipment, he explains.
“We help customers
make the choice that best
suits them,” Lundquist
said.

and devices. “We believe

Lundquist said.

one-time sales,” he added.

“We don’t automatically
recommend the most
expensive device, and if
we can make a balky iPad
or iPhone run simply by
cleaning out the power
ports, we won’t charge
for re-building the phone/
iPad. If the problem can be
fixed in five minutes, we
often don’t charge at all.”
