HOLLY SHELDON

Vice President | Cru Student-Led Movements

As a student, Holly began leading international projects

and after joining Cru staff in 1983 she was one of the

earliest full-time staff members in East Asia. During her

25 years there she served in a variety of roles, eventually

becoming the Associate National Director. Even while

serving overseas she helped launch Bridges, the U.S.

campus outreach to international students. In 2007,

Holly returned to the U.S. to serve first in the U.S.

Campus Ministry Executive Team and later on the Global

Student Led team.

GIRMA ALTAYE

Cru National Team Leader | Ethiopia

Girma joined the Great Commission Ministry Ethiopia (Cru

in Ethiopia) in the year 2001 and has served in different

capacities in the organization. He served as National

Student Ministry Coordinator, as National Operations

Director, as National Church Movements Director and

currently as National Director. He earned his Bachelor’s

Degree in Education and has three Master’s Degrees in

Transformational Leadership, Intercultural Studies, and

Sociology. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree

in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. Girma

Altaye is married to Bethlehem Abera and together they

have three children.

ROGER OSBALDISTON

Vice President | Cru LeaderImpact

Roger graduated from Auckland University in New

Zealand and after three years working for the New

Zealand Government sensed the Lord calling him to

serve in student ministry. After 12 years of student

ministry leadership, Roger became the National Director

in New Zealand. In 2013, Roger became Vice President of

Cru’s Student Led Movements, and in 2019, Roger was

appointed Vice President of LeaderImpact. Roger and

Nicki have been happily married since 1994 and live in

Auckland with their two sons.

NATHAN AND JUDY HILDEBRANDT

Cru LeaderImpact | Canada

Nathan and Judy Hildebrandt love to help leaders use

their leadership, influence, finances and expertise to

make a difference. The Hildebrandts started serving

in 1980 with the Campus Ministry in Canada, and soon

became the National Directors there for seven years. In

2000, after launching a successful campaign to bring Cru

to other areas, Nathan served as the Executive Director

for LeaderImpact in Canada. Judy served as the Resource

Team Director and was responsible for developing the

products and infrastructure to make LeaderImpact

scalable. The Hildebrandts joined the Global Team

of LeaderImpact in 2013. They currently live in

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They have three children and

six grandchildren.

KEN COCHRUM

Vice President | Cru Global Digital Strategies

Ken began wholeheartedly following Jesus during his

second year at the University of Texas. After graduation,

Ken joined Cru staff where he served as a campus director

as well as a regional director and the national campus

director for Asia. He returned to the US in 2007 to serve

with Cru’s Global Executive team. Ken and his wife Ann

have invested the majority of their 30 years on Cru staff

in helping grow Student-Led movements. Ken currently

serves as Vice President for Cru’s Global Digital Strategies.

Ken and Ann have two children who serve Christ in

the marketplace.

JONAH JALA

Cru Global Digital Strategies | The Philippines

Jonah is a software developer by profession and is working

with Cru Global to get insight into what God is doing in

its different digital products and tools. Since deciding

to follow Jesus ten years ago, her passion for campus

ministry grew into seeing communities unite and work

together on relevant projects that lead to life change in

Jesus. She is always in awe of how God is so sovereign and

His love so immense! She grew up in Iloilo, Philippines,

likes to read books, prizes honest and deep conversations,

is interested in world languages and culture, and has

three brothers.
