Aboard NCL's Pride of

America

Say “aloha” to a wonderful vacation in

Hawaii. Visit four islands in seven days,

including overnight stays in Maui and Kauai,

which means you are on an island every

day of your cruise. The Pride of America will welcome

you aboard with a casual “island” vibe that reflects

the laid back Hawaiian culture. Formal night on the

ship means a Hawaiian shirt or sundress. And NCL’s

“freestyle” cruising means there are no fixed dining

times or pre-assigned seating.

DAY 1 • TRANSFER TO OMAHA

Pre-departure package is included in the tour rate,

including airport shuttles and pre-departure overnight

accommodations in Omaha.

DAY 2•FLY TO OAHU

Rise and shine for our early morning transfer to the

airport for our flight to Honolulu on the island of Oahu,

one of the single most dreamed-of vacation spots in the

world! Overnight at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach

Resort.

DAY 3•OAHU (D)

Enjoy a relaxing morning in Honolulu. Take a morning

swim, walk along Waikiki Beach or visit the local shops.

This afternoon we will board the Pride of America for

our Hawaii cruise.

DAY 4 & 5•MAUI (B, L, D)

After a restful night on board, it’s time to enjoy the

beautiful island of Maui. You’ll have lots of optional

shore excursions to choose from for your next two days

of touring. Mt. Haleakala is the world’s largest dormant

volcano and a must-see natural wonder. Picturesque

Lahaina has a colorful history and great shopping. The

Sacred ‘Iao Valley is lush with waterfalls. Kaanapali

Beach offers amazing snorkeling off Black Rock. Let a

professional drive you along the stunning 50-mile road

to Hana.

DAY 6•HILO (B, L, D)

From the awesome power of lava-spewing Kilauea, to

the serenity of tropical Hilo, to the upbeat warmth of

Kona, the big island has many optional tours to offer.

Hilo is on the lush tropical side of the island. The arid

beauty of the Kilauea Volcano is just 60 minutes away.

Pick from several optional tours such as volcano tours,

horseback riding or sport fishing.

We cruise around to the other side of the Big Island to

visit Kona. Learn the history of the famous Kona coffee

bean at the Uchida Coffee Farm. Explore Hawaii’s

cultural past on the Historic Kailua Village Walking

diving in hidden sea caves and giant lava tubes. The

The next two days you will be on the Garden Isle with

averages 485 inches per year—and as a result is as

lush and verdant as any paradise imaginable. Choose

from optional tours such as touring stunning Waimea

Canyon, visiting the romantic Fern Grotto, ziplining,

or kayaking. Our Allied travelers will gather for a

Hawaiian Luau with dinner on Day 8.

DAY 10•HONOLULU (B)

We return to Oahu this morning after a beautiful week

of cruising the Hawaiian Islands. We’ve included a

tour to Pearl Harbor, the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial and

Honolulu City Highlights today. We board the plane

this evening for our overnight flight to Omaha.

Huatulco is a tropical Eden with crystalline waters,

coral reefs, and uncrowded beaches. Its stunning bay

Today enter the impressive Panama Canal thru the Mira

Flores Locks. Our early morning crossing takes us thru

the new locks!

Steeped in history, this interesting city shows the

influences of the Spanish Empire on the New World.

Excursions offer visits to the “Old City,” San Pedro

Claver Church, Castillo de San Felipe Fortress or canoe

One option to consider is the White Pass Railroad

which takes you to the summit at nearly 3,000 feet.

The state’s capital city offers much to be discovered.

Options include excursions to Mendenhall Glacier,

salmon fishing or take a biking, hiking, or kayaking

We are off to explore Door County. Enjoy the morning

Downtown of Door County. Driving thru Peninsula State

hosts us this evening for a traditional Wisconsin Fish

Boil. Round out the day with a performance at the

Peninsula Players Theater set in the beautiful woods of

It’s time to leave Door County and travel back across

Wisconsin. We break for lunch in charming Downtown

Mt. Horeb, the home of the Trolls. Enjoy a little time to

visit a few shops and get a bite to each before we take

a drive by some of the famous Troll Statues throughout

the town. Continuing on to Dubuque, we’ll take in the

fall foliage and other sights from the top of the bluff as

we ride the Fenlon Place Elevator, the shortest, steepest,

scenic railway in the world. A progressive dinner takes

us through three of Dubuque’s historic sites enjoying

entertainment, music and delicious food along the way.

Costumed docents and local historians share facts

about what made 19th century Dubuque so distinctive.



As we head for home today, make one last stop at

The historic walking tour of Plymouth begins at the

Jenny House and continues through Brewster Gardens

to the waterfront and to Plymouth Rock. It continues to

Leyden Street where the Pilgrims built their first houses.

Have lunch on your own along the waterfront. Visit the

Mayflower II, a detailed reproduction of the ship that

the English colonists sailed to Plymouth. Visit Plimoth

Plantation which re-creates actual life at the time of the

Pilgrims along with those of the Wampanoag Indians

on whose land they settled. Learn about the Mayflower

Compact and get your copy. Enjoy a tribal feast this

evening.

DAY 4•MAYFLOWER COMPACT MONUMENT/

PROVINCETOWN MUSEUM/FIRST ENCOUNTER

BEACH (B)

Travel back to the harbor this morning and board your

boat to Provincetown. Your motor coach will meet

you there. See the Pilgrims’ First Landing Park. Visit the

Mayflower Compact Monument as well as the Pilgrim

Monument and Provincetown Museum. Enjoy free

time for lunch and shopping and then board the coach

for the journey back down the cape passing Corn

Hill where the Pilgrims discovered the Pamet Indian’s

winter store of corn and to First Encounter Beach where

the “First Encounter” happened between the group

of Pilgrims, led by Myles Standish, and the Nauset

Tribe, allies of the Wampanoags. On December 8,

1620, the two groups met along the beach here.

You’ll visit the Cove Burying Ground where Constance

Hopkins Snow, Joseph Rogers and Giles Hopkins, all

Mayflower Pilgrims, are buried. Dinner on your own

this evening in Hyannis.

DAY 5•MARTHA’S VINEYARD TOUR/LOBSTER

FEAST (B, D)

For over ten thousand years the Wampanoag have

inhabited the island of Noepe, now called Martha’s

Vineyard. When the first Europeans dropped anchor

in 1602 – just before the Pilgrims – they numbered

three thousand or more. To this day they still occupy

the aboriginal land of Aquinnah. Take a ferry to the

island and enjoy a guided tour lead by a Wampanoag

Guide. Our Native American guide will meet us

at Vineyard Haven and take us up the island while

speaking about the Wampanoag history on the island;

the village locations, the traditional way of life, and the

arrival of the English and subsequent changes to their

culture. Stop at Christiantown which was set aside in

1659 by the sachem for those Indians who wished to

become Christian. Continue to see the Aquinnah Cliffs

with free time in Edgartown. Return to the mainland for

a Farewell Lobster Feast!


After a fun and history filled tour, it’s time to catch our

flight for home.

Traveler Conduct & Special Needs

Tours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being

friendly and cooperative. Allied reserves the right to accept or decline

any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passenger would

be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive

to the group may be required to leave the tour. Expenses to return home

would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds will be issued

for unused portions of the tour.

Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will

make all reasonable efforts to assist with your travel arrangements.

However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come

along to help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied’s

tour directors have responsibilities for the entire group and can’t provide

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price.

Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should

have dimensions not exceeding 30” x 21” x 11” and weigh no

more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your

responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not

included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in.

Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tours utilizing

air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing.

Submitting your deposit is an acknowledgment of your agreement

to these terms.

CHANGES IN ITINERARY

The order of events and hotels scheduled on your tour are subject to

change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of

attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.

CANADA

Tours entering Canada: A valid U.S. passport book is

required to enter Canada by air. This requirement also applies for

Alaska cruises as you will disembark in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tours entering Canada by land will require a valid U.S. passport book

or passport card. (Passport card is valid for land entry only.) Passport

book or passport card must not expire within 6 months of your return.

Canada may deny entry due to past criminal, misdemeanor, DUI, or

other offenses.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

A valid U.S. passport book that does not expire within six (6)

months from the date of your return is required for most international

tours. Some countries require more months of validity. Passport and

VISA acquisition costs are the responsibility of the traveler. Countries

may deny entry due to past criminal or misdemeanor offenses.

ACTIVITY LEVEL

Level 1: Low activity level

Level 2: Requires average physical activity. You should be in good

health, able to climb stairs and walk reasonable distances.

Level 3: Requires moderate physical activity. There may be long and

short days; travelers should have the energy level to withstand the

timing of the itinerary.

Level 4: Requires above average physical activity. You should be able

to walk distances and be physically fit to fully enjoy the tour. Walking

surfaces may be uneven at times on some tours, and there may be

occasional early morning or evening activities.

Traveler Responsibilities, Terms & Conditions

Allied Tours, Inc. (AT) acts only as agents for suppliers. AT is not responsible

for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services or

adhere to their own schedules and assumes no liability for injury, damage,

loss, accident, delay or irregularity, and can accept no liability for losses

or personal injury or property damage, or additional expenses due to

delay or changes in bus or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war,

quarantine, terrorism, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will

have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept or

withdraw any tour if circumstances require. AT reserves the right to make

any changes for the benefit of the tour and/or tour members including

canceling the tour if necessary. All rates are subject to change and are

based on current tariffs available and current exchange rates as of October

1, 2019. AT or property owners are not liable for any loss/damage to

vehicles parked at departure locations. All baggage is at owner’s risk.

The purchase of baggage and travel insurance covering cancellation,

interruption, medical, baggage, etc., is recommended. The issuance and

acceptance of tickets/vouchers or the payment of the required deposit or

any partial or full payment for reservations on these trips shall be deemed

to be consent to these conditions. No refund or unused portions of the tour

can be made unless agreed to prior to the departure of the tour. The usual

contract in use by the airlines and other transportation companies when

issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser of the tour

and/or the passenger. The services of any ARC and/or IATAN carrier

may be used on this program. AT has no special knowledge regarding

the financial condition of the suppliers or unsafe conditions or climate

at locations to which you may travel. You assume full responsibility for

checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other

entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding

health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such

destination(s). Passengers hereby release AT from all claims arising out of

any problem covered in these paragraphs and agree that the courts in

Madison Co., NE will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by

you or AT. Travelers may be photographed for the promotional purposes

of AT.
