In the historic traditional restaurant, classical
and Spanish dishes are served at
lunchtime and in the evening the Maihöfli
becomes the bodega española, tapas bar
and Vermuteria. In addition to the à-la-carte
menu, Oscar offers two tapas tasting
menus, giving an insight into his imaginative
cooking philosophy. Service and cuisine
are top class. An encore in summer is the
