Project Poppy

The ladies of the

Haddon Fortnightly

Evening Membership

Department are making

poppies for Haddonfield

Project Poppy, a public

art installation starting

on Memorial Day 2020

and in place until

Independence Day 2020.

You can join local

volunteers who will

create 3,837 poppies,

which will cascade

from the left corner of

Haddonfield Memorial

High School to the

grounds of Veterans

Memorial Grove.

Each poppy will

symbolize a fallen

soldier from New Jersey

who served in World

War I. Sweeping from the

library roof to the front

of the lawn, its visual will

give pause and reflection

to all residents and

visitors.

Individuals, families,

schoolchildren,

community groups,

businesses and

supporters can donate

to this unique and

stunning project.

Kit for your classroom or
