Offers programs designed to advance an inclusive
educational environment and workplace. Customized
seminars are designed for participants at all stages
of their understanding of diversity, inclusion, and
belonging. Programs incorporate personal narratives
from experienced speakers that encourage participants
to engage in dialogue, self-reflection, and the
development of action-oriented skills that foster a
culture of belonging.

Supports faculty and academic staff throughout their
careers at Cornell, welcoming them at New Faculty
Orientation and offering community, professional
development and mentoring programs. The office also
works with the academic leadership on programs and
