‘Rowvember’ 2019 with
OYSTER PARTNERSHIP
This year, we invited former JFA student, Sasza Bandiera, and his staff at Oyster Partnership to take part in
‘Rowvember’. Having raised over £2,000 last year after rowing 120,000m, we decide to set ourselves an even
bigger challenge.
Having dropped off a rowing machine to Oysters offices in London, we decided to try and row 60,060m per
rowing machine. We had three...! Ever hour, 60 men commit suicide worldwide, and we decided we would
support Movember in raising money to help this crisis.
With many staff raising awarness with rather horrendous moustaches and beards, we also managed to raise
just under £2,000 again. Well done to all the staff (there were 36!!) who took part in this brilliant charity
fiundraiser and especially to the many staff at Oyster who helped them hit their 60,060m target.
