One resolution
I’ll be keeping!
Dry January didn’t even last 24
hours. The big lump of Stilton
in the fridge wasn’t going to
eat itself. The kids weren’t
keen on the Double Deckers
in their selection boxes and
we can’t have food going to
waste. In short, my new year
resolutions haven’t been a
roaring success!
However,
this year I’m
vowing to use less plastic and
upcycle whatever I can. As
gardeners we’re already at the
forefront of the environmental
movement but there many
ways we can do more – and our
plastics feature on page 20 is a
great place to start.
