Event with World Class Tennis<br />

This Valentine’s Day, “love” takes on a whole new<br />
meaning as <strong>February</strong> 14, <strong>2020</strong> also marks the<br />
eagerly anticipated start of the 10-day Delray<br />
Beach Open by Vitacost.com tennis tournament.<br />
The best and brightest stars in the tennis galaxy will be at the Delray<br />
Beach Stadium & Tennis Center (201 West <strong>Atlantic</strong> <strong>Ave</strong>nue) competing<br />
in a combined ATP 250 and ATP Champions Tour tournament<br />
<strong>February</strong> 14-23, <strong>2020</strong>. With its expansive new options for eating,<br />
drinking and being entertained at every turn, there’s more enticement<br />
off-the-court than ever in the tournament’s 28-year history.<br />
World Class Tennis<br />
The annual stop on the global ATP Tour is a favorite South Florida event,<br />
world renowned as the place to be for lots of on and off-court action. For<br />
tennis fans, the ATP 250 event (<strong>February</strong> 17-23) gathers the game’s reigning<br />
stars – Juan Martin del Potro, Kei Nishikori and the Bryan Brothers all<br />
returning to a stadium where they’ve raised the trophy. This tournament<br />
is one of the first on the Bryan Brothers “farewell tour,” as they recently<br />
announced their retirement. The tournament’s ATP Champions Tour event<br />
(<strong>February</strong> 14-16) showcases tennis legends in a team format. This year David<br />
Ferrer, James Blake, Tommy Haas, Marcos Baghdatis and other greats<br />
vie for the Team Europe vs. Team World title. And special to <strong>2020</strong> – sensation<br />
Coco Gauff will play an exhibition Saturday night, <strong>February</strong> 15, marking<br />
the first time a women’s match will be played at Delray Beach Open.<br />

“The tournament is as much about sharing the riches we’re blessed<br />
with locally – the artists, musicians and creative thinkers – as it is about<br />
gathering and watching the best tennis athletes from around the world,”<br />
said John Butler, the tournament’s executive director.<br />

Tennis…and more!<br />
Known as “socially sporting” by locals, each day will bring new tastes<br />
and talents to the event. VIP fêtes and exclusive tennis offerings include<br />
Ladies Day Luncheons hosted by Lily Pulitzer, Kidz Day activities on Sunday<br />
of Presidents’ Day weekend and once-in-a-lifetime tennis playing<br />
opportunities with the tournament’s actual ATP players. Attendees will<br />
also enjoy a new big video wall in the Palm Court showing coverage of the<br />
matches and other tournament-related programming and get an up-close<br />
view of the vibrant Delray Beach art scene as area artists perform live<br />
during the 10 days.<br />

Returning to the Delray Beach Tennis Stadium is fan-favorite Game Set<br />
