A great solution for side mounting a Mini Post Frameless Mini Post on the edge of a
platform on on a parapet wall.
This design allows for a fast and easy install by pre-installing your fixing studs into your wall or
steelwork. The Side Mount design comes with the its own specialist fixing bolts and fixing
adaptor to allow for an easy install. A popular choice to achieve the most stylish frameless look
and it is ideal solution for use with curved glass.
The two series on the Side Mount Mini Post allow for two ranges of glass thicknesses. The
18 Series accepts glass from 12-17.5mm and the Series 21 accepts glass from 19-21.5mm
glass.
This design is tested to surpass the requirements for UDL loadings meeting domestic
requirements of line loads of 0.74kN. Ideal for use on domestic projects and areas of low
pedestrian traffic. The strength comes from the use of 2205 Duplex stainless steel. This makes
the component very strong and highly resistant to corrosion even in extreme marine
environments.
The Tilt-Lock design is an ingenious way making the install of the system as simple as
possible. With a simple twist of an allen key on the body of the post, the glass self-levels and
this easy adjustment saves a lot of time and hassle during installations.
