What steps make up an annual partnership lifecycle and four-point outreach strategy?

Step 1: Rami Hanna will reach out to get to know your district as relates to your communication

outreach strategies to employees. He is also a collaborative partner in brainstorming new

creative outreach initiatives, when applicable.

Step 2: Proactively plan four outreach activities. Rami will support your district needs to make

these activities fun, valuable, and most importantly, effective for the target audience in mind.

Step 3: Aside from supporting activity implementation efforts, Rami will occasionally be in

touch to communicate any relevant partnership updates (i.e. program updates, partner benefit

updates, special event invites, etc.)

Step 4: Rami and his team will schedule an annual partnership review meeting. The purpose of

this meeting will be to review the activities and outcomes of our shared partnership; while,

learning, listening, and planning for the upcoming year’s annual four-point engagement

strategy. Our goal is to nurture and respectfully evolve our partnership.
