WINDFARM CLAWBACK CLAUSE<br />
There is an area of ground around Loch Skiach<br />
over which a clawback clause will be placed, to<br />
the benefit of the owners. This will equate to 50%<br />
of the uplift in value resulting from any windfarm<br />
development given planning approval within a<br />
period of 25 years from the date of entry.<br />
TELECOMMUNICATIONS MAST<br />
There is a telecom mast let on a lease until 2030.<br />
There are three yearly rent reviews. The next review<br />
is due in 2018. The current annual rent is £4000.
