General Guidelines for <strong>Safer</strong> <strong>Workplaces</strong>:<br />
Temperature check at entry point for everyone should be ensured<br />
Reusable face cover <strong>to</strong> be worn by all staff at all times. Adequate s<strong>to</strong>ck should be<br />
maintained by the organisation at all times<br />
Adequate handwash and alcohol-based sanitizers should be made available at all<br />
entry, exit points as well as meeting rooms and all common areas<br />
Supersiving personnel should ensure physical distancing of at least 1 meter at all<br />
times. There should be adequate gaps between shifts and lunch breaks should be<br />

Frequent sanitization and disinfecting of workplace, common facilities, transport<br />

Organizations should incorporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) <strong>to</strong> ensure<br />
infection prevention and control measures are executed in a systematic way as part of<br />

Approved signage should be displayed across the workplace mandating physical<br />
distancing as well as Dos and Don’ts for the employees. Include information on<br />
negating stigma and discrimination, so staff is encouraged for early health seeking.<br />
