I hate being alone.

I hate it because love is a matter of

presence. It is made of touch and

closeness. And other virtual ways of

contact can’t substitute it. In a society

where individuality is always winning on

collectivity, staying just with ourselves will

let us know how much the other matters.

This is not a situation I want to be used to,

it is a challenge. I stay at home, but only

because I am looking forward to go out

again and see everything that is out of

these four walls with a new point of view.

We will touch each other again without

fear. Until then, there is nothing to stop

us from thinking each other so hard - and

maybe let each other know it.
