through the process of changing Orbi default password:
1. Choose a "device connected to Orbi".
2. Launch a browser and go to orbi-log.com

3. Wait till the login window opens up.
4. Enter "admin" into the username box and "password" into the
password field.
5. Press the "Log In" button.
6. You should see the Basic Home page.
7. Choose "ADVANCED" and select "Administration".
8. Pick "Set Password" to access the "Set Password page".
9. Enter your new username, password, and other details the form
might require.
10. Click "APPLY" and your password should be changed.
How to recover forgotten Orbi password?
In case you have already changed your Orbi default password and
forgotten it, you should follow these steps:
1. Launch your browser and go to www.orbi-log.com.
2. Select the "Forgot your password?" option to access the "Reset
your password" window.
3. Submit the email address used when creating Orbi account.
4. Fill other fields and click "RESET MY PASSWORD".
5. Go to your email and open the link sent by NETGEAR Support.
6. You should be redirected to the NETGEAR Change Your
Password page.
7. Enter a new password and click "Submit".
