Our Trust is passionate about quality education; all of our academies have one simple
mission – to give our children the very best education possible and the very best start
in life. We place our pupils at the heart of everything we do and our aim is to nurture
and develop resilience and potential in every child, making it possible for them to lead
productive and successful lives. We want our pupils to strive for ambitious futures, leaving
a positive mark on our and their communities as a whole.

About Us
At Bramble we value all our children
as individuals. We engage our
children through high quality learning
experiences and opportunities that
allow them to grow and develop.
We aim to instil a passion for learning
that will stay with them forever by
ensuring that they get experiences
that are outside of the norm so they
understand the world in which they
live. We ensure that our children
engage with activities both within
the local community and where
appropriate outside of the Mansfield
area so that we broaden their horizons.

Our children are encouraged to explore,
discover and question through a range of
exciting learning opportunities both within
and outside the classroom. We provide a calm
and stimulating environment where good
behaviour and mutual respect is modelled by
all and where everyone is valued. Our aim is
to work alongside our families and the local
community to ensure that our children can be
the very best versions of themselves and turn

The Bramble Academy’s curriculum embraces the community in which it
is situated, recognising local history, heritage, geographical and business
links and most importantly, the aspirations of all our children. We are
committed to providing a purposeful curriculum that fully prepares
learners for life in the 21st Century. A curriculum in which core literacy
and numeracy skills are at the heart of all we do through a wide range of
exciting and innovative learning experiences.
The Bramble pledge, which is part of our curriculum, gives our children a
core entitlement to learning experiences that enrich learning, both in and
outside of the classroom. We consistently create a safe, purposeful and
hardworking learning environment which provides quality first teaching,
is accessible to all pupils and promotes scholastic excellence in all we do.
Teaching and Learning
The Bramble Academy and The Evolve Trust are extremely ambitious in
achieving the very best for the pupils in our care. We teach our pupils
to strive for the very best achievement, setting targets and learning goals
to be surpassed. Staff at The Bramble Academy work incredibly hard to
ensure that pupils achieve the skills, knowledge and understanding to be
highly successful in the next stage of their education.
We are proud of our innovative curriculum and inspiring learning
environments. Pupils learn through novel study and all of their
curriculum work is linked to this in an immersive learning space. This
allows them to engage and learn in a way that facilitates growth and
imagination while developing moral, social and cognitive advancement.

The Bramble Academy promises to:

Starting School
Settling into a new school quickly and happily
is an important building block for future
success. Transition can be an anxious time so
we plan carefully for your child’s arrival here
to ensure they are happy and settle into the
Bramble way quickly. We also ensure there
are plenty of opportunities for you to discuss
your child’s progress with the class teacher
and other relevant staff.
