Three-year letterwinner <strong>and</strong> a team captain ... eight-time All-<br />
American ... three-time all-conference honoree ... holds the<br />
school record in the 500 free (4:32.91) <strong>and</strong> has competed on<br />
the school-record-holding 400 free relay (3:02.53) <strong>and</strong> 800<br />
free relay (6:44.57) teams ... earned First Team All-America<br />
honors as a member of both the 400 <strong>and</strong> 800 free relays that<br />
finished in sixth <strong>and</strong> eighth, respectively at the 2008 NCAA<br />
Championships ... placed 11th in the 200 free at the 2008 NCAA's ... took the 500 free at<br />
the Bluegrass Mountain Championships in a "B" cut time of 4:36.58 ... set a then school<br />
record with a first-place finish in the 500 free with an NCAA "B" cut time of 4:33.86 at<br />
the 2007 BMC meet ... also placed third in the 200 free at BMC's with a "B" cut time of<br />
1:42.00 ... was a Regional Champ in both the 100 <strong>and</strong> 200 free at Montgomery Bell ...<br />
state runner-up in the 200 free ... named Team MVP ... chemistry major.<br />

in 2008 as a member of the 800 free relay ... took fifth at the<br />
Bluegrass Mountain Championships in the 500 free with a<br />
time fo 4:47.96 ... named an All-American as part of the 800<br />
free relay that finished sixth at the NCAA Championshps as a<br />
first-year ... seven-time all-state honoree while at Lansdale Catholic ... twice was named<br />
Team MVP ... sister, Adrienne, competed on the crew team at Dartmouth, while a brother,<br />
Andrew, was on the crew team at Cornell ... chemistry major<br />
