GETTING STARTED<br />
Stage 1. Ask us for the initial enquiry<br />
form or obtain it from our web site at<br />
www.fez.lt and complete the form.<br />
On receiving the form, we will prepare<br />
a proposal for you, which will<br />
cover estimated development costs<br />
and time.<br />
Stage 2. If the proposal meets your<br />
needs, we will then ask for more details<br />
regarding your planned enterprise.<br />
Stage 3. We will prepare a contract<br />
for you to approve. Only when all the<br />
terms and conditions are to your<br />
satisfaction do you need to sign a formal<br />
agreement with us. All work carried<br />
out in order to prepare the contract<br />
is done by us free of charge.<br />
Stage 4. If the company is not yet<br />
registered in Lithuania, it will be<br />
necessary to register it with the<br />
Lithuania’s Registry of Companies.<br />
For a Lithuanian based Company<br />
the Company Statutes will need to be<br />
amended.<br />
Stage 5. Sublease the land plot or<br />
facilities from the Klaipėda Free Economic<br />
Zone Management Company!<br />
