Community Programs

“Adopt A Garden” Program

The Adopt a Garden program allows groups or

individuals to plant and care for a park garden within the

City of Spring Lake Park. With the guidance of our

Master Gardener, each volunteer will tend to the garden

as if it were their own. Volunteers will weed, prune,

plant, and water the garden throughout the year on a

regular basis. This is a one-year commitment.

Individuals, family members, or groups can adopt.

For more information on the program and to see which

gardens are available, visit www.slprec.org.
