Th e Nano-Z50HS is a single axis (Z-axis) nanopositioning<br />

system designed to move a microscopy sample up<br />

to 50 microns at the fastest possible positioning speeds.<br />

Th e Nano-Z50HS is derived from the 3-axis, high<br />

speed, Nano-LPQ nanopositioning system but contains<br />

only the Z-axis piezo mechanisms. Th e resulting compact<br />

size allows the Nano-Z50HS to easily retr<strong>of</strong>i t onto<br />

existing microscopes or fi t into custom experimental set-<br />
