DiJones eyes new number one prize The DiJones network arrived on the Northern Beaches this month, opening the doors to its first office in Mona Vale, DiJones Pittwater. DiJones lower north shore and Northern Beaches sales director Brent May says the Northern Beaches is a natural progression for the brand which has also recently opened Lindfi eld and Willoughby offi ces. May says DiJones already had a signifi cant rent roll in the region and will now be able to extend its services with a full sales department. Former Ray White Prestige Palm Beach agent Michael King and former Wiseberry agents Gordon Archibald and husband-and-wife team Simon Rawson and Iolanda Trovatello will make up the selling team at the DiJones Pittwater offi ce. Initially serving the suburbs from Narrabeen through to Palm Beach, DiJones has a strategic focus to extend to the entire Northern Beaches region, with plans for a second “physical presence” within six months. May, a Northern Beaches resident, says the company relies on buyer and seller movement data to determine where to open next.
