The DiJ<strong>on</strong>es network arrived <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> Nor<strong>the</strong>rn <strong>Beaches</strong> this<br />
m<strong>on</strong>th, opening <strong>the</strong> doors to its first office in M<strong>on</strong>a Vale,<br />
DiJ<strong>on</strong>es Pittwater.<br />
DiJ<strong>on</strong>es lower north shore and Nor<strong>the</strong>rn <strong>Beaches</strong> sales director Brent<br />
May says <strong>the</strong> Nor<strong>the</strong>rn <strong>Beaches</strong> is a natural progressi<strong>on</strong> for <strong>the</strong> brand<br />
which has also recently opened Lindfi eld and Willoughby offi ces.<br />
May says DiJ<strong>on</strong>es already had a signifi cant rent roll in <strong>the</strong><br />
regi<strong>on</strong> and will now be able to extend its services with a full sales<br />
department.<br />

former Wiseberry agents Gord<strong>on</strong> Archibald and husband-and-wife<br />
team Sim<strong>on</strong> Raws<strong>on</strong> and Iolanda Trovatello will make up <strong>the</strong> selling<br />
team at <strong>the</strong> DiJ<strong>on</strong>es Pittwater offi ce.<br />
Initially serving <strong>the</strong> suburbs from Narrabeen through to Palm Beach,<br />
DiJ<strong>on</strong>es has a strategic focus to extend to <strong>the</strong> entire Nor<strong>the</strong>rn <strong>Beaches</strong><br />
regi<strong>on</strong>, with plans for a sec<strong>on</strong>d “physical presence” within six m<strong>on</strong>ths.<br />
May, a Nor<strong>the</strong>rn <strong>Beaches</strong> resident, says <strong>the</strong> company relies <strong>on</strong><br />
buyer and seller movement data to determine where to open next.<br />
Migrati<strong>on</strong> patterns across Sydney showed demand for an offering <strong>on</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> beaches.<br />
“There hasn’t been a refresh of real estate <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> Nor<strong>the</strong>rn <strong>Beaches</strong> for<br />
a l<strong>on</strong>g time,” May says. “And <strong>the</strong>re’s not a brand with <strong>the</strong> heritage that<br />
DiJ<strong>on</strong>es has. We’re a 30-year-old brand and every market we’ve been in<br />
we’ve found ourselves at number <strong>on</strong>e. We’re quietly c<strong>on</strong>fident that track<br />
record will flow through, we’ve got a str<strong>on</strong>g and loyal following.”<br />
The Pittwater offi ce has already sold two properties; it boasts three<br />
new listings this week with four more in <strong>the</strong> process of coming to market.<br />
