Terms and Conditions
1. Rates are inclusive of chauffeur service, full coverage of insurance, fuel, and
applicable taxes.
2. The scheduled Airport Transfer / Drop Off & Pick-up Service, all vehicles will
operate on a given schedule along the specified route only.
3. The Car Hire service pick-up and drop-off point will be at the hotel. Any excess
time outside of the contracted schedule will be billed on a per hour basis.
4. Expenses not covered by the rental fee package such as parking and toll fees will
be shouldered by the guest, which are non-commissionable to the hotel.
5. For booking cancellations, kindly call Hilton Manila Concierge at +63 917 825 7873
atleast 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. Otherwise, the guest will be billed
the full agreed rental amount.
Prior reservations are required to avail transport service and subject to availability.
