INTRODUCTION
Introduction
Our expertise originates from over 60
years of successful business in the
cleaning and disinfection industry. We
recognized that looking at a surface and
checking off a box saying it was clean was
not good enough. With the help of leading
industry experts, we are on a journey to
redefine environmental surveillance and
use our passion for innovation to create
technology solutions for clean, healthy
and safe spaces.
After several years of research with
leading, world-class academic partners,
OptiSolve developed our proprietary
surface imaging technology. OptiSolve
Pathfinder is able to produce high
quality images that proactively reveal
contamination on hard, non-porous
surfaces before and after cleaning. We
combine this with the OptiSolve SAVI
quality management system to produce
a comprehensive program to validate
cleaning and disinfection. We work with
organizations to not only visualize
and track results but also provide
evidence-based recommendations to
improve performance, training and
education. The overall outcome is
enhanced cleaning and healthier spaces.

LOGO
Logo
Our logo is the most visible element of our identity—a universal signature across
all OptiSolve products and services. We use two logo variations depending
on space available. The primary logo should always be used first and if space
is limited, we use our secondary logo. Our logo is a bold, graphic statement.
It signifies both our roots in technology and our Pathfinder surface imaging
technology. The logo is made up of two elements: the logotype and the lens
symbol that also represents the “O” in OptiSolve. This logo is easy to understand.
No drop shadows, no glossy reflections, no flashy graphic effects. While it is a
simple logo, we must treat it nicely. The following pages cover the correct usage
to ensure the logo always looks its best.

Our primary logo is the first point of contact with our customers and a clear way to visually identify our
company. Our logo should be visible on all communication materials relating to the brand, technology,
product offerings and proprietary information.

brand, but is not to be used outside of logo variations such as
headings, subtitles or any other form of copy.

If it’s impossible to use the Primary Logotype due to space limitations or requirements,
alignment or another reason, you have the option of using the centered more squared
logotype. It’s still a good way of showing off the OptiSolve brand, so don’t you worry!

Application on a
Background Image
Our logo may also be used on an image background with sufficient contrast. Use an all-blue
logo for use on light colored backgrounds, and an all-white version for dark backgrounds.
Stock images should have a blue or yellow overlay at 30% opacity.
When placing the logo onto imagery, please ensure that it is placed within an uncluttered
corner on the image to allow for maximum legibility and visibility.

To maintain the integrity of the OptiSolve logo, and to promote the consistency of the
brand, it is important to use the logo as described in these guidelines. The examples shown

OptiSolve Pathfinder is a proprietary surface imaging technology that generates visual images
and data of contamination on hard, nonporous surfaces. This quality monitoring tool provides
real-time intensity maps and spatially-specific location showing where contamination remains
on surfaces.
Optisolve SAVI ® :

What we do:
• Optisolve is a technology leader in environmental health and safety, developing
solutions to enhance cleaning and disinfection procedures for clean, healthy and safe
spaces
• Our award-winning OptiSolve Pathfinder®️ is a proprietary diagnostic tool that
generates images of contamination on hard, nonporous surfaces. Integrated with
our SAVI®️ quality management software, OptiSolve’s visual images and supplemental
reporting provide quick analysis for improving outcomes. If we can identify risk in the
environment, and target it for precision cleaning and corrective action, then we are
one step in the right direction to mitigate the spread of infection
• OptiSolve SAVI is configurable to set standards for specific cleaning assessment needs
• OptiSolve engineers tools to support continuous improvement of cleaning practices,
surveillance and reporting

COLOR PALETTE
Colour Palette
The dark blue/grey and yellow are our main colours. We use this
yellow and dark blue grey to clearly signify the presence of OptiSolve
amongst our competitors, and to help our customers immediately
identify us. We use the yellow as our main accent colour to highlight
Pathfinder and the dark blue as the main accent colour to highlight
SAVI when both products are being featured in the same piece of
literature or material. As a brand the yellow is used for titles and
small accent elements, where as the blue is used as our main design
colour. This adds contrast without being overpowering.

TYPEFACE
Typeface
Typography is an important aspect of our brand identity. Our
typographic style contributes to our clean and technical aesthetic.
The typography examples on the following pages should be followed
to ensure all of our communications appear consistent.
Our headline typeface for any print materials is Gotham Bold. Our
primary typeface for body copy on print materials is Source Sans Pro.
We use the light weight for standard copy and the medium weight for
subtitles and important statement highlights.
Our headline typeface for any web materials is Poppins. Our primary
typeface for body copy on any web materials is Montserrat. We
use the Light weight for standard copy and the Medium weight for
subtitles and important statement highlights.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography
Images are an important component to our brand identity. We want
to ensure the images effectively communicate the brand messaging,
products and results. The OptiSolve Pathfinder images in particular
contain proprietary information and it is crucial that ONLY these
approved images be used to showcase the technology.

images that are side by side
make sure they are as close to
mirrored as possible.
2. When using before and after
images that are not connected
make sure the crop on each is as
close to identical as possible.
3. When using Pathfinder images
do not edit the colours or
saturations levels of the results.
If adjustments are needed for
backgrounds, isolate and mask
them before making colour
adjustments.
4. Watermark visibility required.

Should you wish to publicly share or publish alternate OptiSolve Pathfinder images or marketing material
promoting OptiSolve that have not been provided by OptiSolve, please contact us and we would be glad
to support you. Please note as per contact agreements, OptiSolve shall be provided with samples of all
products and materials that contain the OptiSolve Marks or Images prior to their public use, distribution, or
display for OptiSolve’s quality assurance purposes and will obtain OptiSolve’s written approval before such
use, distribution, or display.
