Commercial Summary

Upfront Costs

There are two possible elements to the upfront

costs, Discovery and Transition. The Discovery

exercise is optional as part of the inventory

validation process requested in the RfP. Using

various tools further described in section xxxx

of the main proposal, we are able to gather key

information across your estate for a fixed price of

£xx,xxx The transition itself and the work required

to support a successful service take-on including

the requested integration of ServiceNow toolsets

requires an investment of £xxx,xxx, based upon the

assumptions listed in the main proposal.

Recurring Service Charges

The managed service charge includes both

Hardware Maintenance and Service Management.

Based on the inventories provided, Hours of Cover,

and Service Level restoration targets as specified,

These charges total £xxx,xxx per year, based on an

initial 3 year term.

Our cost model is transparent and is designed

to make use of unit pricing, which can easily be

adjusted up and down in-line with changes in your

requirements.

A better way to fund IT

capabilities from across the group to create

compelling TCO models for our customers. We

Many organisations purport to

provide 3rd Party Maintenance,

only to require a network of

partners to deliver the full

scope of services and to

support diverse locations;

often they may hold a skeleton

stock of spares, or even look

to procure on a reactive basis.

Very few hold the required

depth and breadth of requisite

skills in-house. As a result,

many organisations continue

to endure underwhelming

levels of vendor support. OEMs

continue to charge a premium

only to provide a service which

lacks the required levels of

personalisation and flexibility.

Announcing End of Supportable

Life after the first few years of

the hardware’s lifecycle is, in

procuring, or refurbishing

replacement parts, but also
