do is to see how the heart of Jesus breaks for the
vulnerable, for the disenfranchised, for the hurting
and the broken and then to see ministries rise up to
care for the least of these.

CHURCH IS A PLACE WHERE:
• Caring for vulnerable children is part of the culture
• The congregation is consistently reminded to care for
vulnerable children
• Foster, kinship and adoptive families find encouragement
and practical support
• Children who have experienced trauma, grief and loss can
grow and thrive
Project 1.27 works with dozens of churches each year so children
and families involved in foster care have access to practical support,
encouragement and hope.
