Terra Adriatica Code of Ethics
Terra Adriatica Code of Ethics represents the Company’s core values according to which
all business-related actions will be performed. Terra Adriatica will uphold its reputation
by applying the following principles and devising mechanisms based upon them, and
will strive to bring the benefit to society by following the highest standards of ethics and
professional excellence.
Principles
Transparency

Terra Adriatica (further in text TA or Company) will ensure that the whole process of
establishing legal titles and buying/selling real estate remains completely transparent
for both parties involved in the process, them being the Seller and Investor.

With respect to the transparency principle, TA will disclose any potential risks which
may jeopardize client’s status from any social or economic aspect to its clients and
prospective clients, if the latter are associated with TA business actions. In that matter,
Company’s Members will work fairly and objectively with all clients and prospective
clients.

The Locksmith product, TA’s unique devised mechanism incorporates the principle of
transparency, so as to enable insight into all relevant data to the Seller and Investor, at
any given moment in time.
Privacy protection

TA’s actions will be directed at respecting all parties’ privacies. The Company dealings
are aligned with all applicable national and internationals laws, regulations and
conventions on private data protection.

TA will refrain from unauthorized disclosure of confidential and non-public information
to third parties.

available on the Company’s official website.

Nonmaleficence

TA will further work to uphold its reputation by respecting interests of all included
parties, and will do so by respecting the principles of transparency and clarity.

The Company reserves the right to deny its services to any party if their intended
activities could prove harmful to the local community, the environment, or are not in
accordance with the national and/or international legislation.
Business responsibility
––
Fair conduct, equity and equal opportunity are the primary principles to which the
Company is committed in all its dealings. TA Members will place the interest of the
Company and its clients above their personal interest.

In all its dealings TA and all its Members will work to avoid conflicts of interest. The
Company Members will respect restrictions on the use of the Company’s facilities for
private purposes.

TA’s business and ethical principles, corresponding documents and practices are (and
TA will perpetually work for them to be) in compliance with all relevant national and
international legislation and in avoidance of any illicit activities.
Social responsibility
––
Besides the efforts to resolve land issues in Croatia (core business), where and when
possible, TA will strive to bring additional value to the society. Where proven convenient,
the Company will support external projects which could be of value to the community,
as long as they are in accordance with TA’s ethical postulates.

TA will work to fulfil the mission of connecting Croatian diaspora with their original
communities.
