Scholarship Awarded
The Ambassador Committee of the Fairmont
Area Chamber of Commerce has awarded a
$1,000 Scholarship to Benjamin Hernes. He is the
son of Mark Hernes and is attending Bethel University
in St. Paul working towards his Bachelors
degree in Business and Finance. The Ambassador
Scholarship is offered annually to a Martin County
student in a business related field who is entering
their junior or senior year at a four-year college or
their final year in a technical college. The recipient
is also required to confirm achievement of a 3.0
GPA or greater on a 4.0 scale. Congratulations! We
wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!
