Celebrate Community Education Day in Minnesota and
Fairmont on Thursday, November 12.
A special proclamation will be made by the Mayor of the City of Fairmont.
The CER Citizens Advisory Council meets (via Zoom) on Thursday,
November 12, at noon. Join us for coffee and cookies at CER Annual Open
House on November 12 from 9 am to 4 p.m. Thank you for wearing facial
masks, observing social distance guidelines and entering CER Door 15A on
south side of Fairmont Elementary School.
The Fall CER Catalog will not be mailed to households but is available
online with updates as they happen at www.fairmont.k12.mn.us under
the CER tab. Register at CER Web Store on that site or call 507-235-3141
for more information. Virtual Classes for Youth Leadership Training for
Grades 9-12, Over 55 Defensive Driving, Acrylic Pour Painting, Cinnamon or
Caramel Rolls, Aging Mastery Program and other activities are available. All
activities are subject to change as per District and State health guidelines.

Warm up your kitchen with the enticing smell of homemade cinnamon
rolls baking in your oven on Saturday, November 14. Learn to make
Cinnamon or Caramel Rolls in a virtual class in your own home conducted
live via internet magic by instructor Heather Novak. Make sure you register
a week in advance to receive list of ingredients and prep video prior to date
of class.
