PURE SURFACE TECHNOLOGY To ensure repeatability, each and every implant is individually blasted with abrasive particles in an automated system which controls the speed, direction, pressure and size of the particles that collide with the implant. This ensures that each and every implant will undergo the same process and demonstrate the same excellent surface characteristics. Implants have a cleanliness degree of 1 according to our internal database, no alumina particles were observed. The success rate of Bone to Implant Contact (BIC) was increased & the healing process and tissue growth around the implant while eliminating the unwanted possibilities of postsurgery infections. The excellent implant surface morphology is then created by a controlled thermalacid-etching process. Finally, a high purity cleaning procedure is introduced to ensure that no foreign particles remain on the implant's surface. The cleanliness level and purity of our implants are routinely checked by XPS measurements . Our SEM images revealed major differences in the topography of the examined surfaces. Acid-etched and blasted Ti surfaces were found to have higher roughness values and a thicker TiO2 layer as compared with acid-etched and machined surfaces. Moreover, acid-etched and blasted surfaces showed high surface area differentiation, pointing to a high increase in the three-dimensional (3D) surface area over the 2D surface area compared with the other surfaces. Adsorption of plasma proteins to the acid-etched and blasted Ti surfaces was both qualitatively and quantitatively more intense compared with the machined and acid-etched surfaces. This was shown for each examined protein, total proteins and by the removal degree of the protein coat. Implant is stored in sterille double transparent plastic tube and contains the following parts: Implant carrier, cover screw and the implant itself. Implant installation can be made by using 3 different tools; Implant Ratchet, Motor Mount 2.42mm & with a 2.42mm Key Hex driver. The implant is easily & smoothly disconnected from it's carrier after the installation without harming the bone.
