Sacred Heart School
Our half term break was used by our lovely teaching
assistant team to create a music room by converting
half of our library. We are so lucky at Sacred Heart
to have a huge range of instruments we can use and
learn on and it is wonderful to be able to have them
all in a dedicated room. Here we see Mr Smith’s Year
3 & 4 class displaying some of the resources in our
Music room - they were thrilled to be the first class
to try some of them out.

Be Respectful
Be Ready
Be Safe
COVID notwithstanding, Swaffham’s Sacred Heart
Catholic Primary School continues to be fully open
and welcomes new learners to join our happy,
friendly children and staff, providing them with
exciting opportunities in education in a vibrant and
stimulating setting. The children had their own
things to say about it. Eliza (Year 3) said, “I love this
school and I really love playing music!” Ellie (Year 3)
said, “I like the friendliness in the school and I love
doing my homework.” Aidan (Year 4) said, “Music is
the best!” while Keera (Year 4) summed up the views
of our newer pupils saying, “This school is amazing,
I’m so glad I joined!”
Swaffham Church of England Primary Academy offers the community a brand new Early
Years provision that opened in 2020, with an experienced and passionate Reception
teacher, where every child can begin their wonderful adventure of knowledge,
exploration and discovery.
We offer Year 3 children a thriving environment in a growing Primary school with
fantastic outdoor learning space, including 2 outdoor classrooms. At Swaffham C of E
Primary Academy, Year 3 children blossom into mature, Key Stage 2 learners ready for
their next step in education.
