Oil temperature function<br />

If the oil temperature falls below 50 °C / 122 °F, the<br />

message “LO” will appear on the display, and if it rises<br />

above 170 °C/338 °F “HI” will appear.<br />

Fuel level warning light<br />

When the fuel level warning light the word “FUEL”will<br />

appear on display (2, fig. 6) and the fuel reserve trip m<strong>et</strong>er<br />

function will be activated and indicate on display (1, fig. 6)<br />

the number of kilom<strong>et</strong>res travelled in reserve preceded by<br />

the l<strong>et</strong>ter “F” (FUEL).<br />

Maintenance indicator function<br />

The appearance of the message “MAInt” on the display<br />

(1, fig. 6) indicates that the recommended service interval<br />

has expired: this message will be displayed each time<br />

the key is turned to “ON” for a period of 5 seconds.<br />

When you see this message, you should contact your<br />

Ducati dealer or authorised service centre.<br />

Display backlight<br />

Press button (B, fig. 6) within 5 seconds after the ignition<br />

key is turned to the ON position to adjust the brightness<br />

of the backlight. The brightness changes at each press of<br />

the button.<br />

Warning<br />

Any adjustments to the instrument panel must only be<br />

carried out when the motorcycle is stationary. Never operate<br />

the instrument panel controls while riding the motorcycle.<br />
