The Declarant sorted precincts by size and tallied the cumulative vote percentages. It<br />
should rapidly approach an asymptote, but again in Figure 18 we see an anomaly. The<br />
Biden percentage is higher in the smaller precincts, primarily at the expense of Trump,<br />
again suggesting vote switching, since the 3rd party percentages immediately approach<br />
