A. Unreturned mail ballots unlawfully ordered by third parties (average for<br />

E. And Plaintiffs can show Mr. Biden received a statistically significant<br />
Advantage, based on fraud, from the use of Dominion Machines in a<br />
nationwide Study, which conservatively estimates Biden’s advantage at<br />
62,282 Votes.<br />
20. Except for the estimate of illegal out-of-state votes, each of these experts has<br />
identified distinct sources of illegal votes in sufficient numbers (i.e., greater than Biden’s<br />
purported margin of 10,457 votes), not only to affect, but to change the result of the 2020<br />
General Election in <strong>Arizona</strong>. Taken together, the irregularities, anomalies and physical<br />
and statistical impossibilities, account for at least 412,494 illegal ballots that were counted<br />
in <strong>Arizona</strong>. This provides the Court with sufficient grounds to set aside the results of the<br />
2020 General Election and provide the other declaratory and injunctive relief requested<br />
herein.<br />
21. The specific factual allegations of fraud and statutory and constitutional<br />
violations are set forth in greater detail below. Section I describes specific violations of<br />
<strong>Arizona</strong> law. Section II provides expert witness testimony quantifying the number of<br />
illegal votes due to distinct categories of voting fraud and other unlawful conduct. Section<br />
III provides fact and expert witness testimony, as well as summaries of other publicly<br />
available evidence (including judicial and administrative proceedings) regarding<br />
Dominion voting systems’ voting fraud in <strong>Arizona</strong> during the 2020 General Election, the<br />
security flaws that allow election workers, or even hostile foreign actors, to manipulate<br />
<strong>Arizona</strong> election results, and the history of Dominion and its executives demonstrating that<br />
