ASHLEIGH BURNS (Scenic Designer)
is the resident scenic charge and props
artist at TheatreSquared since 2015,
having previously designed the encore
production of Ann, Every Brilliant Thing,
and serving on the scenic design team
for Once. Some of her favorite past
T2 shows include Fun Home, Native
Gardens, and Christmas Carol, as well
as working on Mauritius, Underneath
the Lintel, Twas the Night, and Hamlet.
She graduated from Hendrix College
with a B.A. in theatre arts and dance
in 2008, and received her M.F.A. in
scenic design from the University of
RUBY KEMPH (Costume Designer)
is the resident costume designer
at TheatreSquared, where she has
designed costumes for more than 30
T2 productions and Arkansas New
Play Festival workshops since 2008,
including Around the World in 80 Days,
Amadeus, and All the Way. Off-Off
Broadway design credits include
The Rivals (Ampersand Theatre)
and Garage (Dive Theatre). She has
built costumes for many Broadway
productions, including The Phantom
of the Opera, Jersey Boys, Mamma
Mia, and Anything Goes. She holds
an M.F.A. in costume design and
construction from the University of
Arkansas.
JASON LYNCH (Lighting Designer)
makes his TheatreSquared debut. He
is a Chicago-based lighting designer
for theatre, dance, opera, and other
live performance art. Chicago credits
include School Girls; Or, The African
Mean Girls Play, Lottery Day, How To
Catch Creation (asst.) and An Enemy of
the People (asst.) (Goodman Theatre);
Choir Boy, Guards at the Taj (assoc.)
(Steppenwolf); Hairspray, Black Odyssey
(Oregon Shakespeare Festival); A Doll’s
House, Part 2, A Doll’s House, The Wild
Party, Drag On (Denver Center); Clue,

which recognizes emerging theatrical
designers within the Chicago area.
He is honored to have his recent work
on an immersive 360° production of
The Wild Party at the Denver Center
featured in American Theatre Magazine.
He holds a B.F.A. in theatre design/
technology from Texas Tech University
and is a proud member of The
Association of Lighting Designers.

MICHAEL PRIETO (Sound Designer)
returns to TheatreSquared, where
previous design credits include Once,
Vietgone and Fun Home. On Broadway,
he was production sound designer
on Eclipsed and Dream Girls. He has
designed for many Off-Broadway
shows. Regional credits include These
Paper Bullets (Yale Rep), Melancholy
(Trinity Rep), Party People (Berkeley
Rep), and American Idiot (University
of Arkansas Theatre).
BRODIE JASCH (Properties Manager)
is the resident props master at T2,
where his previous credits include
Shakespeare in Love, The Legend
of Georgia McBride, Every Brilliant
Thing, The Wolves, Miss Bennet:
Christmas at Pemberley, Vietgone,
Peter and the Starcatcher, Around
the World in 80 Days, and more than
20 other productions. His regional
credits include An Evening with
Groucho (Heritage Theater Festival);
Big Maybelle: Soul of the Blues (Bay
Street Theater); and Unto These Hills
(Cherokee Historical Association). He
holds a B.A. in theatrical design and
technology from Castleton University.
STEPHANIE COLLINS (Stage
Manager) returns to TheatreSquared
where she previously worked on
Ann as a production assistant, and
Native Gardens as assistant stage
manager/stage manager. Regional
credits include production assistant for
Skeleton Crew, The Importance of Being
Earnest, A Christmas Carol, and Refuge
Malja ملجأ (Portland Stage Company).
Her university credits include Rise and
The Christians (University of Arkansas);
and Crimes of the Heart (Arkansas Tech
University). She holds a B.A. in theatre
from the University of Arkansas.
ROBERT FORD (Artistic Director)
co-founded TheatreSquared in 2005.
Unusual among artistic directors in
the American theatre, he is chiefly
a playwright. Most recently, with
Amy Herzberg, he co-adapted T2's A
Christmas Carol; past seasons have
included Fault, The Spiritualist (also
New Harmony Project and Stages
Rep in Houston), The Fall of the
House (also Alabama Shakespeare
Festival—Edgar Award nominee), Look
Away (also Southern Writers Project),
and 'Twas the Night. My Father’s War
(T2, 2008 and upcoming in 2020)
has appeared in the UK, Italy, and
Germany. He is winner of the Stanley
Drama Award and the Best Theatre
Award in the Hollywood Fringe, among
others. His critically acclaimed first
novel, The Student Conductor, was a
Barnes & Noble Discover Great New
Writers pick. He holds a M.Mus.
degree from Yale and M.F.A.'s in
acting from Rutgers and in playwriting
& screenwriting from the Michener
Center for Writers, University of Texas
at Austin.
MARTIN MILLER (Executive Director)
joined T2 in 2009, where he has
produced more than 100 plays and
developmental works, grew the
theatre's annual budget from $160,000
to over $4MM, and expanded its
audience more than twentyfold. He
managed the design and construction
of T2's new $31MM theatre center,
housing two intimate venues, an
open-all-day café/bar, artist housing,
production shops, rehearsal space, and
offices. He established the National
Stages Program (nationalstages.org),
a consortium of producing theatres
offering reciprocal member benefits,
and has served as a panelist for the
National Endowment for the Arts.
As associate producer at Chicago
Shakespeare Theater, he produced
a variety of projects including the
bilingual Romeo y Julieta with Karen
Zacarías. He is a graduate of Carleton
College and holds an M.F.A. in arts
leadership from The Theatre School at
DePaul.
SAG-AFTRA brings together two
great American labor unions: Screen
Actors Guild and the American
Federation of Television and Radio
Artists. Both were formed in the
turmoil of the 1930s, with rich
histories of fighting for and securing
the strongest protections for media
artists. Our members united to form
the successor union in order to
preserve those hard-won rights and
to continue the struggle to extend and
expand those protections into the 21st
century and beyond. We are actors,
announcers, broadcast journalists,
dancers, DJs, news writers, news
directors, program hosts, puppeteers,
recording artists, singers, stunt
performers, voiceover artists and other
media professionals. Our work is seen
and heard in theaters, on television
and radio, sound recordings, the

LAUREN GUNDERSON
(Playwright) has been one of the
most produced playwrights in
America since 2015 topping the
list twice including 2019/20.
She is a two-time winner of the
Steinberg/ATCA New Play Award
for I and You and The Book of Will,
the winner of the Lanford Wilson
Award and the Otis Guernsey
New Voices Award, a finalist
for the Susan Smith Blackburn
Prize and John Gassner Award
for Playwriting, and a recipient
of the Mellon Foundation’s
Residency with Marin Theatre
Company. She studied Southern
Literature and Drama at Emory
University, and Dramatic Writing
at NYU’s Tisch School where
she was a Reynolds Fellow in
Social Entrepreneurship. She coauthored
the Miss Bennet plays
with Margot Melcon, and her
play The Half-Life of Marie Curie
