4. SEMILUNAR POSE.

Muscles of the legs, thighs,

arms, shoulders and

muscle-stabilizers work.

Stand upright, feet shoulder

width apart, allot the toe of

the left leg to the side.

Take the weight with your

right hand and lift it to

the outside of your right

shoulder, palm away from

you. Put another weight on

the floor near of the left foot.

Bend the left leg in the knee

and bend over, grabbing the

weight with your left hand

(A). On inhaling, straighten

the left leg, simultaneously

pull out the straight right leg

to the level of the thigh.

Exhale, pull your right arm

up, look at it (B). Hold for

3-5 breaths, then take

the starting position and

change sides to complete

the approach.

If it's difficult for you:

Keep your left leg bent and

do not tear the right leg from

the floor.
