is perfect for you. Option 2 requires you<br />
to do the property search and then deliver<br />
as many properties as you like for us to<br />
investigate, evaluate and negotiate.<br />
The fee for this service is half our standard<br />
fee. The retainer fee paid upfront is part of<br />
