Enjoy More Convenience and
Independence
Dear Valued Customer:
The most convenient way to view and manage your Retiree/
Annuitant account is through Direct Access Self-Service, PPC/
RAS’s online account management system. Direct Access Self-
Service provides faster service, security, accessibility, and
reliability to all PPC (RAS) customers worldwide.
So easy, too. Just follow these simple steps:
• If you retired (or became entitled to SBP/FSPA) prior to 1 April
2018 – send an email to ppc-dg-customercare@uscg.mil or
call 1-866-772-8724 asking for your account to be established.
(Please note that certain steps won't work until your account
is initially set up by PPC.)
• If you retired (or became entitled to SBP/FSPA) on or after 1 April
2018 - follow the steps in the guide https://www.dcms.uscg.
mil/Portals/10/CG-1/PPC/ras/gp/password.pdf for your initial
password.
Thank you for allowing us the honor of serving you.
U.S. COAST GUARD RETIREE INFORMATION
The Retiree and Annuitant Services Branch
Dear Retiree:
Verify Your
Beneficiaries
This reminder is to ensure that the beneficiary designations for your retired pay account are up to date.
It's important that PPC/RAS has accurate information because your beneficiary designations
generally determine who inherits funds after your death. You should review and update your
beneficiary designations whenever you experience a major life event, such as a birth, marriage,
divorce, or death in the family.
The easiest way to view or update your beneficiary designations is to follow these steps:
Log on to your DA Self-Service account at https://hcm.direct-access.us/
Select the “Self Service” tab.
Find “View My Final Pay Beneficiary” and follow the steps.
If you encounter problems, please contact call PPC at:
1-866-772-8724 or email: PPC-DG-CustomerCare@uscg.mil
Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
