EPACT: Once your child's registration
is processed in our system, the Payer
and Head of Household will receive an
email from YMCA of Greater Brandywine
via ePACT Network. This contains
very important information on filling
out your child's health history and
emergency contacts. Please make sure
this information has been completed and
shared online so they can participate on
the first day of the program.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
• A YMCA membership is not required to
register for camp. However, those who
maintain a YMCA membership at the
time of registration through the end of a
camp session receive the member rate. If
the membership is not maintained during
this period, the rate will be adjusted to
the non-member rate. No changes to
rates will be made if a YMCA membership
has been started AFTER the camp
registration has been processed.
• Registration for each camp must
be submitted by 10 pm the previous
Wednesday. A late fee of $50 will be
applied on registrations after that
deadline and if space allows.
• A camp deposit of $35 per child per week is
due at the time of registration. Deposits are
non-refundable and non-transferable and
are subtracted from your weekly rate.
Please note, the deposit cannot be
transferred to another session.
• The remaining balance will be processed
two Sundays prior to the camp start date.
Payments must be made through weekly
automated drafts or in-full at the time of
registration. You may pay earlier by
contacting the branch to set up another
payment. Camp payments are not able to
be split between two or more payers.
• No refunds are available within two weeks
of the start of the session.
• Families who receive Child Care Works (CCW)
funding are required to pay a $10 per
camper per week fee in addition to their
weekly co-pay. In the event coverage
is terminated by CCW, the family will be
responsible for all care expenses incurred.
• Families with two or more children signing
up for the same week receive 10% off the
lowest weekly fee (restrictions apply). If you
register online, please complete the sibling
discount form and we will apply the discount
to your account. Discount is not able to be
combined with financial assistance and/or
staff discounts.
• Those applying CCW funds must register in
branch. Online registration is not available
for those requests.

PICK UP ON TIME!
The camp day ends at 6 pm at the
YMCA. If you are going to be late
picking up your child, please arrange
to have an authorized pick-up
person arrive by 6 pm or call the Y
to inform staff.
Campers who are repeatedly picked
up late from extended camp time
may lose access to the program and
parents will be required to pick up
their child(ren) at the end of the
regular camp day.
DON'T FORGET
TO REGISTER!
Registration for each camp week
must be submitted by 10 pm
on the Wednesday prior to the
start of the camp week in order
to avoid paying a $50 late fee.
