Contents A Note from the EDITOR 12 Glorious A Culinary Easter Journey recipes through to Northern celebrate Ireland the spring I was hoping we would be approaching this edition with a bit more of a certain outlook, but at the time of going to press, the shape of the next few months still looks rather…fluid. Time to call on some of that British resilience and adaptability – and wait for the joys of spring to flow forth. After all, there’s nothing that a big old wedge of cake can’t fix, so that’s what we are providing! This edition is still a celebration of my favourite season – a time of fabulous food, spring cleans and new beginnings. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we have enjoyed putting it together!
