1. Offers: Quotations are given free of charge, are valid only for
a limited time and upon acceptance of the stated quantity and
without engagement. We reserve the right of ownership and
copyright for all drawings and documents provided by us, those
material have to be not made accessible to third parties without
our written permission.
2. Prices: All previous price lists and offers in written or verbal
form become invalid with the entry into force of this price list. All
our prices are not binding. Price changes due material or labor
cost increases can be implemented at any time, even without
prior notice.
3. Delivery: Each shipment is made at risk and cost of the costumer.
Deliveries in Austria and Germany by order value of
250,00 Euro net and above are free of destination, below this
amount are ex work. If the client wish to receive the material by
urgent courier the cost are paid by the client . Scheduled orders
are valid for maximum of 1 year from the order date. After expiration
of this time, the company is entitled to send the pending
material to the client and to charge the cost.
4. Returns: Returns may only be made with our agreement, without
cash on delivery and only in perfect condition of the goods
and the packaging. If the customer is in debt or delay without
reason to pay the invoices , any transport costs incurred as well
as correspondingly reasonable handling costs will be charged
or deducted from the credit note amount. Special orders made
of special finishing or shape can’t be taken back.
5. Complaints: Any complaints must be made in writing within 8
days after receipt of the goods. Conversion and reduction as
well as the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract on part
of the buyer are excluded .
6. Retention of title: The material remain our unrestricted property
until complete payment is made. In the case of resale, you
assign your claims to your customer to us.
7. Payment: Unless agreed otherwise payments shall be effected
within 14 days from the date of invoice with 2% discount or
30 days net.
If the costumer delays in the agreed terms of payment, it shall be
liable without reminder, and bank interest will be charged. The
right to claim further damage is reserved.
8. Tolerances: The deviations in dimensions, contents, weights
and color tones caused by the production or the improvement
are permitted in the context of the commercial or existing tolerances
as well as according to the provisions of the law of size
and weight. Samples used as a basis for delivery are considered
to be the approximate basis of the delivery.
9. Printing error: We accept no responsibility for misprints in catalogs
and price lists. Likewise, all illustrations and dimensions
are approximate and not binding. We reserve the right to make
appropriate changes.

MANIGLIE PER PORTA
1. Preventivi: I preventivi vengono comunicati gratuitamente e
senza impegno, rimanendo validi solo per un periodo prefissato
e per il volume d’ordine specificato. Per i disegni e il materiale
illustrativo reso disponibile ci riserviamo i diritti d’autore/proprietà.
Le documentazioni non possono essere inoltrate a terzi
senza il nostro espresso consenso.
2. Prezzi: Tutti i precedenti listini/ preventivi sia scritti che verbali
perdono la loro validità con l’entrata in vigore del presente
listino. Tutti i nostri prezzi si intendono non vincolanti e possono
subire modifiche, anche senza preavviso, a seguito di rincari dei
costi salariali o dei materiali.
3. Consegna: Ogni spedizione viene effettuata a carico e a rischio
dell’acquirente, nelle modalità da noi definite.
4. Termini e condizioni di vendita: Per ordini superiori a 400,00
Euro netti viene applicata la consegna franco destino , per ordini
inferiori viene addebitato un costo di 10,00 Euro per pacco fino
a 30 Kg. Spedizioni su bancali: per ordinativi da 1001,00 Euro in
su il trasporto è gratuito, al di sotto vengono concordati i costi a
secondo del peso e del volume. In caso di spedizioni con corriere
espresso richieste espressamente dal cliente, queste
vanno a carico dell’acquirente. Gli ordini programmati hanno una
validità massima di 1 anno a partire dalla data dell’ordine. Trascorso
tale periodo, la ditta è autorizzata ad inviare all’acquirente
la merce non ancora ritirata e a fatturarla.
5. Resi: I resi sono possibili solo previo nostro consenso, senza
contrassegno e solo inviando la merce nelle condizioni e nell’imballaggio
originale. Nel caso la colpa sia da attribuirsi al cliente,
vengono fatturati ovvero scalati dall’accredito i costi di trasporto
e quelli di manipolazione a nostro carico. Le produzioni speciali
e gli ordini separati non sono restituibili.
6. Reclami: I reclami vanno inoltrati per iscritto entro 8 giorni
dalla consegna della merce. Sono escluse pretese di commutazioni
o riduzioni nonché il diritto di recesso unilaterale dal contratto
da parte dell’acquirente.
7. Proprietà riservata: La merce rimane di nostra esclusiva proprietà
fino al saldo del pagamento. In caso di cessione a terzi,
le spettanze nei loro confronti vengono cedute a noi.
8. Pagamento: Se non diversamente pattuito, le fatture vanno
saldate con il 2% di sconto entro 14 giorni dalla data di emissione
oppure al netto entro 30 giorni. Oltrepassata la scadenza,
vengono fatturati i normali interessi bancari di mora. In caso di
pagamento ritardato, il cliente si impegna a rimborsare alla parte
contraente tutti i costi derivanti, di qualunque natura essi siano,
compresi i costi necessari al contraente a far valere i suoi giustificati
diritti contrattuali, in particolare in merito ai costi tariffari
legati alla delega di un ufficio di recupero crediti.
9. Tolleranze: Gli scostamenti di misure, contenuti, pesi o colori,
condizionati dalla produzione o necessari ad un miglioramento,
sono leciti entro le tolleranze usuali in commercio e in conformità
alle disposizioni legislative su pesi e misure. I campioni
usati come base di una fornitura sono da considerarsi modelli
orientativi della fornitura stessa.
10. Errori di stampa: Non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità
per errori di stampa in cataloghi e listini. Parimenti tutte le illustrazioni
e misure sono orientative e non vincolanti. Ci riserviamo
la facoltà di apportare modifiche di ordine tecnico.
