New Oriental Pearl is an authentic Chinese restaurant that
opened in 2016 and is all about offering something for everyone
when you have a craving for Asian food!
Located at the Magill Village precinct, the chefs use only the
finest ingredients to prepare a diverse range of high quality dishes
for all to enjoy from their signature dishes of Chen Pei Pork Ribs
and Hong Kong Style Wasabi Beef through to the popular Satay
Chicken, Honey Prawns, Sweet and Sour Pork, Broad Beans with
Chinese Chutney and Seafood Fried Noodles.
Owner and Head Chef Gary specialises in Hong Kong style
dishes after learning his cooking skills there when he was young.
He has now been living in Australia for more than 10 years and
previously worked in several Chinese restaurants in Adelaide and
Sydney before establishing his own restaurant. Rachel has also
always worked in hospitality and after completing high school in
Melbourne she graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Adelaide with
a Business degree in Hotel Management. Both Gary and Rachel
are passionate about food especially sharing the ‘Real Taste of
Hong Kong’ with the people of Adelaide.
The restaurant has seating for up to 80 people and offers dine-in,
takeaway and delivery options.
