There is a book written,
Never to be forgotten.
Its pages are deep green,
This is the depth of love eternal.
The streams bring the rhythm of life;
The air with no sign of strife.
The pictures quite vivid,
Reflecting the glory of the creator.
In this book I see a ray of hope,
That will move my faith from its stop.
The theme is salvation;
It’s all written in nature’s open book.
They waited for the first rains, invain,
Limbs spread, hercrotch pulsing,
Acraving for ascent of wet dust ,
Undeserving, like the first coming,
Someone to blame,
The first one to come,
Wasn’t the lilt of my tongue,
Like a King nailed on the wood,
It stuck uselessly in the air of my
gums,
‘ You paid the debts of your father ’ ,
she spat on the ground,
My umbilical chain flaccid between
her legs,
Like their first time, his first time to
cum,
My voice was the son, the crucifix,
A messiah for their sins.
