Nolan Meadows

As part as our magazine, we will be intervewing people who have volunteered in the
past with us and ask them questions on their experience with Know Ministries. For this
edition, we interviewed Nolan Meadows from Alabama. Nolan is a senior at Mississippi
College in Clinton, Ms and has volunteered with Know Ministries for years now.
1. How did you get involved with Know Ministries?
I am a member of Decerto Men's Service Club at Mississippi College. Know Ministries has been
one of the organizations that we had an opportunity to volunteer with. I heard about their mission
and I fell in love with it. I wanted to be involved with an organization that helps children in need.
2. Describe your experience with Know Ministries
Volunteering with Know Ministries has been a pleasant experience. Sometimes you do not get to
see where your donations go to, but I did and it was cool to see.
3. What lessons would you say that you learned from this
volunteer experience?
I know it doesnt take much to make a difference. I learned with Know Ministries this truth and
sometimes all it takes is handing someone a Bible.
4. What would you say to someone who has not volunteered with
Know Ministries?
You should volunteer. It is a good experience helping an organization that you do not have to
question if you are making a difference. You get the see the impact of your work and ministry when
you volunteer with Know Ministries.

Prayer Requests
One of our goals in 2021 is to focus more on prayer and ask others to pray for our
mission and work. We believe in the power of prayer and we rely on God to show
us in His plan. We rely on His guidance and protection each day. We ask that you
be in prayer for us as we start the new year.
Pray for wisdom as we begin a new year
Pray for the new cities and states we will reach
Pray for the children that we will minister to
Pray for our return to the inner cities
Pray that God will grant us guidance and wisdom to make good decisions
