Our section is focused on works using approaches aligned with
Jurgen Habermas’ emancipatory domain of human interest. These
are namely marxism and feminism. This section highlights how we
could use marxism and the idea of class conflict to fight back
against the oppressive nature of capitalism, and how we could use
feminism to address sexism and fight back against patriarchal
hegemony.
