We are proposing to have 12 special<br />

side projects transforming Gezi<br />

<strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong> into the most vibrant<br />

area of Istanbul to give back the<br />

life to Istiklal Street used to have.<br />

Currently, the marked buildings are<br />

marked with illustrative purposes<br />

on 50mx50m grid. We will assess<br />

and decide with a similar distance<br />

to transform around 25,000m 2<br />

GFA as strategic new projects to<br />

transform Talimhane and give life to<br />

Gezi <strong>Park</strong> <strong>District</strong>.<br />
