<strong>Spa</strong>Etiquette<br />
<strong>The</strong> spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect<br />
the quiet and privacy of other guests by speaking in a soft voice or<br />
simply enjoying the silence. We kindly request that you refrain from<br />
using your mobile phone and camera while using the spa facilities.<br />
Smoking is prohibited throughout the spa.<br />
While the spa provides lockers, it is recommended that you leave<br />
valuables in your guest room safe. <strong>The</strong> spa does not assume liability for<br />
any valuables.<br />
<strong>Spa</strong> Experience<br />
Gift Certificates<br />
Please consult the spa for reservation. For your<br />
convenience the spa will provide towels, slippers,<br />
shower caps and all amenities required<br />
for use during your visit. During all treatments<br />
you will be properly draped for ensured privacy.<br />
Getting ready for your treatment we advise 10<br />
minutes prior to your treatment commencing.<br />
Reservations<br />
Advanced booking is highly recommended to<br />
ensure preferred times are available, particularly<br />
if you choose to enjoy multiple bookings during<br />
your stay. <strong>The</strong> spa provides walk-in bookings<br />
based on availability. To make a reservation<br />
from your guest room, please dial 3090 from<br />
your room.<br />
We invite you to advise us of any special preferences,<br />
concerns, or focus areas to make the<br />
most out of your experience when making your<br />
reservation and during your treatment.<br />
<strong>The</strong> minimum age for treatment in the spa<br />
is 16, use of the sauna 12 years and fi tness<br />
centre 14 years. Please be advised that guests<br />
below the age of 12 must supervised.<br />
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies<br />
or injuries that could affect your treatments<br />
or use of the spa facilities.<br />
Our gift certifi cates make a wonderful gift for<br />
any special occasion. Please enquire at the spa<br />
reception for details and purchase.<br />
Cancellation & Change Policy<br />
We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of<br />
twelve hours notice for changes or cancellations.<br />
With fewer than twelve hours notice you<br />
will be charged for 90% of your treatment. If<br />
appointments are reserved before arrival at the<br />
resort, the spa cancellation policy follows that<br />
of your resort reservation.<br />
Late Arrival<br />
If your time is limited before your treatment,<br />
please be informed that a late arrival will deprive<br />
you of your treatment time. As a courtesy to<br />
the next guest, your appointment will end as<br />
originally scheduled should you arrive late.<br />
