As explained in previous sections, our general contracting and construction management expertise is focused

The above outline leads to creating a project history that has been developed collaboratively through the hard

work of all team members. Open communication with the owner’s

on-site staff helps to prevent surprises. Interruptions in service, site

closings and/or shutdowns can be a nuisance to all involved if not

planned carefully. Our on-site management team will remain in

constant contact with the owner’s representatives and staff,

keeping them informed of the latest project status, while alerting

them, well ahead of time, should project requirements impact, or

potentially impact, their day to day schedules.

Closeout

Achieving substantial and final completion can be challenging. We have used the tools as described herein as a
