LEUCO SMARTJOINTER AIRFACE<br />
The Leuco SmartJointer airFace milling<br />
cutter brings high flexibility to the<br />
production sites. Featuring shear angle<br />
of 35º and resharpening area of 1.5mm,<br />
the Leuco SmartJointer airFace is<br />
designed for jump-milling units for quiet<br />
and tear-free jointing of a regular range<br />
of solid wood and wood-based panels.<br />
The diamond-tipped knives can be<br />
exchanged by the user. Because<br />
of the high diameter consistency,<br />
readjustment of the machine after the<br />
replacement is not required. Only one<br />
tool or one set of tools per machine is<br />
required, as there is no outage of an<br />
extern service centre. Additionally, the<br />
tool is available on site. And with the<br />
precisely defined fixation, no balancing<br />
