Maureen O’Hern Hahn, CFA®, FLMI, MBA<br />
National Mutual Benefit<br />
Maureen O’Hern Hahn brings a deep understanding of fraternalism and a rich experience in the world<br />
of both institutional and personal investing to her role on National Mutual Benefit’s Board of Directors.<br />
She joined the board in 2009 and chairs NMB’s Finance Committee. She also is Founder and President<br />
of Encore Financial Group, LLC, a licensed investment advisory firm offering investment advice and<br />
financial planning to individuals and families (www.encoreadvice.com). Maureen is a CFA<br />
charterholder and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. She holds an MBA from the University of<br />
Wisconsin – Oshkosh, and BS degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin –<br />
Green Bay. Maureen is active in her community having served in leadership positions on a variety of<br />
boards and currently sits on the Boy Scout Bay Lakes Council Trust Committee and the board of Mount<br />
Tabor Center.<br />
Steven G. Reindl, FLMI<br />

Steve joined National Mutual Benefit in 1975 as an accountant. Over the years, he has worked with<br />
accounting, commissions, reinsurance, annual statement preparation, product development, agent<br />
contracts, data processing, mortgage loans, fixed income investments, and all areas of policy service.<br />
Steve is currently the Vice President of Operations and Corporate Secretary, overseeing all areas of<br />
policy service and data processing, as well as working with human resources, marketing, and<br />
accounting. Steve has a bachelor’s degree from Madison Business College.<br />
Jason Gingerich, CFA, FSA, MAAA<br />
Prime Advisors<br />
Jason is a Senior Investment Strategist for Prime Advisors. Since joining Prime in 2005, Jason has<br />
designed and managed investment portfolios that reflect the specific financial situation, risk tolerance,<br />
and tax positioning of Prime’s insurance clients. Jason's articles on investment strategy for medical<br />
liability insurers and fraternal benefit societies have been published in Physicians Insurer Magazine<br />
and in the <strong>American</strong> <strong>Fraternal</strong> <strong>Alliance</strong> weekly email newsletter. Before joining Prime, Jason was a<br />
consulting actuary at Milliman, Inc., where he produced nationally recognized health and underwriting<br />
guidelines and detailed pricing models for government agencies. He graduated from the University of<br />
Colorado with a BS in Applied Mathematics and minor in Astrophysics. Jason is also a CFA<br />
charterholder, a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, and a member of the <strong>American</strong> Academy of<br />
Actuaries.<br />
